The staff were amicable, and the location was favorable in a quiet and peaceful area. We stayed in a great-sized and newly remodeled room with a balcony, and loved it.

It was a little and great hotel in a lovely area, very close to nature pass by and transport to the islands and a large pond. Everything was wonderful and the staff were nice and welcoming. I really enjoyed staying here, the breakfast was fine. The service was absolutely FRIENDLY.

I stayed at a charming resort in the middle of the jungle with a river. The rooms were nice, some with a private terrace and river views. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was amazing. The location was beautiful, with lots of nature around.

I got great value for my money at Ruean Thai Nai Bang By Pansak Resort. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location was a bit out, but hiring scooters made it easy to explore and there was delicious street food nearby. The owner was amazing, always accommodating our needs and even arranging pick up for our boat trip.

The morning meal could have been better if we had been given options instead of having a pre-prepared plate served to us.

We did encounter a few unwanted visitors in our room including lizards and ants. the room could also use some updates and refurbishing.

During New Year's Eve, the hotel had a complimentary glass of champagne and a small fireworks display. The room had a nice view of the surroundings. The hotel was located near the beach and had a convenient shuttle service that took us to the town when needed.
